WHAT TO DO:

  • Keep the area clean and dry

PRP Under-eye Injections

WHAT TO DO:

  • Use cold compresses as needed
    Apply a cool (not icy) compress around, not directly on, the injection sites for 5–10 minutes at a time to help reduce swelling and discomfort.
  • Sleep with your head elevated the first 1–2 nights
    Use an extra pillow so fluid does not pool under the eyes and worsen puffiness.
  • Be gentle with the eye area
    When cleansing, pat—do not rub—the skin and use a mild, non-irritating cleanser.
  • Expect mild swelling or bruising
    Puffiness, a “full” feeling, or light bruising is common and usually improves over several days.

Sculptra Aftercare

WHAT TO DO

  • Massage the treated area: 4-3-2-1 Rule
  • Massage for 4 minutes first day morning/night, 3 minutes next day morning/night. 2 minutes and so on.
  • This helps evenly distribute the product and prevent small lumps or nodules from forming under the skin.
  • Use a gentle moisturizer or arnica cream if approved by your provider.
  • Apply cold packs (if needed)
  • Use a cold compress intermittently for the first 24 hours to reduce swelling or discomfort.
  • Wrap the pack in a clean cloth — do not apply ice directly to the skin.
  • Stay hydrated
  • Collagen production is supported by good hydration. Drink plenty of water in the days and weeks following treatment.
