What’s the difference between Pretty Credit and a discount?

Credit is the dollar amount you bank each month — spend it like cash on treatments. The discount is a percentage off our regular pricing. You get both.

Can I use my Pretty Credit on retail products?

No — Credit is for treatments only. But you still get a member discount on every retail purchase

What happens to my Credit if I cancel?

fter cancellation, you have 90 days to use any remaining Credit, with up to 2 treatments per 30 days. After that, unused Credit is forfeited.

Can I share my membership?

Pretty Credit and member pricing are yours only. But you do get 1 Guest Pass per year to bring a new-patient friend in for a complimentary perk.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes — once per year, for up to 60 days. Existing Credit is preserved and member pricing stays active.”

Can I switch tiers later?

Upgrade any time. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Is my membership valid at other locations?

Benefits are exclusive to our NYC location at 161 Water St.

What does my membership not include?

All membership tiers do not include Peptides, I Wanna Be Skinny Shots, Hormone Replacement, IV & Vitamin Therapy.
